Squatch Connect

A travel eSIM with no account to create

Squatch Connect has no sign-up screen, no login, and no password. That is a real feature, not a marketing word — here is precisely what it means, and precisely what we still process, so you're not guessing.

What “no account” means here

No account to create

There is no sign-up form anywhere in Squatch Connect. You open the app, pick a destination, pick a plan, and check out. No username, no password, nothing to remember for next trip.

Guest checkout only

Checkout runs as a guest, through Apple Pay or a card, processed by Stripe. Squatch Connect never sees or stores your card number, and does not keep cards on file.

No passport or ID upload

We do not ask for a passport scan or any identity document before selling a plan. Travel eSIMs are roaming data products registered in their issuing country, not financial or government services that require that kind of check.

Not anonymous, and we're not going to say otherwise

One thing we want to say plainly: this is not anonymous. Paying by card or Apple Pay identifies you to your card network, your bank, and to Stripe, the payment processor — that is simply how card payments work, on any app. What “no account” actually buys you is no sign-up screen, no password, and no profile Squatch Connect itself asks you to build. It does not make the purchase untraceable.

What Squatch Connect actually processes

The destination and plan you pick

That's what lets us provision the right eSIM — a country or region and a data/validity tier, nothing more.

An email for your receipt

Checkout collects an email so Stripe or Apple Pay can send a payment receipt. It's not used for marketing email.

Order id, ICCID, activation code, plan, and expiry

The minimum needed for your eSIM to work and for support if something goes wrong. Order records are deleted 90 days after the plan expires.

A usage byte count tied to the eSIM

We query the network supplier for how much data your eSIM has used so the app and widget can show data remaining — tied to the eSIM, not to your identity.

Nothing from your card

Stripe handles the payment directly. Squatch Connect never sees or stores your card number.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to create an account to buy an eSIM?

No. Squatch Connect has no user accounts at all — there is no sign-up screen or password anywhere in the app. You pick a destination and a plan, then check out as a guest.

Is checkout really guest checkout?

Yes. You pay with Apple Pay or a card, processed by Stripe. Squatch Connect never sees or stores your card number and does not keep cards on file.

Is a no-account eSIM the same as an anonymous one?

No, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. A card or Apple Pay payment identifies you to your bank, card network, and Stripe — that's true of any app's checkout, not a limitation specific to us. “No account” means no sign-up screen and no password with Squatch Connect itself, not that the purchase can't be traced by the payment processor.

Do you ask for a passport or ID before I can buy a plan?

No. There is no passport upload or identity document check. Travel eSIMs are roaming data products registered in their issuing country, not financial or government services.

What information does Squatch Connect actually keep?

The destination and plan you picked, an email for your payment receipt, an order id, your eSIM's ICCID and activation code, the plan's expiry, and a usage byte count tied to the eSIM. Order records are deleted 90 days after the plan expires. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Can I delete my data afterward?

Yes. Contact support@saasquatchlab.com with the order id or ICCID shown in the app to request deletion of your order records.
