Squatch Connect Privacy Policy

Squatch Connect is built so there is nothing about you to collect, profile, or sell. This policy describes the little we handle and why.

No account, no identity

Squatch Connect has no sign-up. Purchases are tied to an anonymous order identifier on your device — never to your name, email, or phone number. We do not require or perform identity (KYC) checks; travel eSIMs are roaming products registered in their issuing country.

What we process

• Orders: when you buy a plan we store the order id, the eSIM's ICCID and activation code, the plan purchased, and its expiry — the minimum needed for your eSIM to work and for support. Order records are deleted 90 days after the plan expires.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We do not keep cards on file.
• Usage totals: we query the network supplier for how much data your eSIM has used so the app and widget can show data remaining. This is a byte count tied to the eSIM, not to you.

What we don't do

• No advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, no cross-app identifiers.
• No marketing email. An email address is only used if you contact support.
• No sale, rental, or sharing of personal information with data brokers — there is nothing to share.
• No location tracking. The app never asks for location permission.

An eSIM is not a VPN

The mobile network serving your data can observe traffic like any carrier can. What Squatch Connect protects is the purchase: no identity is attached to the line, and this app does not harvest your data. For private browsing, use any VPN of your choice over our eSIMs.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payment processing) and wholesale eSIM network suppliers (plan provisioning and usage totals). Each receives only what is required to perform its function.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your order records at any time. Contact support@saasquatchlab.com with the order id or ICCID shown in the app.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
